We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. Proficiency in SQL is a significant benefit, as well as experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.


In this role, you will:

  • Own daily, weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reporting to ensure critical metrics and revenue growth are on track to budget.

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, performance issues, and opportunities for campaign improvement.

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, focusing on improving return on investment.

  • Create performance dashboards and reports using advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics, such as CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, providing actionable insights.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new marketing technologies.

  • [Nice to have] SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze large data sets to support business decisions.


Please apply if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing role or reporting and analytics role.

  • Advanced analytics skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and present clear, actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical approach and proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or other BI platforms.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Canada located role is $60,000 - $65,000 CAD.

In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
