ONE-YEAR CONTRACT

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our multi-channel marketing efforts, drive lead generation, and elevate brand equity across all digital touchpoints. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll work closely with Brand Managers, innovation teams, and global colleagues to implement cutting-edge digital strategies that support both local and international marketing initiatives.

This hybrid role is based out of our Puslinch office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with marketing team members to plan, design, and execute digital campaigns, website strategies, social media, and paid advertisements.
  • Lead SEO and SEM strategies, managing marketing automation for optimized results.
  • Work closely with global digital marketing teams to support Canadian and international strategies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns, analyzing ROI and KPIs to optimize results.
  • Identify trends in digital marketing, adjusting strategies to maximize performance and spend.
  • Improve the customer journey through multi-channel touchpoints, enhancing lead generation funnels.
  • Maintain digital marketing assets and contribute to annual marketing plans across species and retail platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience in the North American market.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM and CMS platforms (Microsoft Dynamics and EpiServer are a plus).

WE COUNT ON YOU TO BRING THESE SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in paid digital advertising (Google, social media) and fluency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Project management and strong analytical skills to drive performance improvements.
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Agriculture, animal nutrition, or food industry experience is a plus.
