An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part time basis (3 days per week) on an 8 month max term contract.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be supporting with the delivery of performance and content marketing channel activities, digital projects and other marketing initiatives for the RAC’s Parks & Resorts portfolio.

What will you be doing?                      

  • Coordinate and assist in the development and production of various digital communications, in line with the marketing plan and digital roadmap.
  • Assist with the development and execution of our digital and content marketing optimisations and activities (social media, website, and email).
  • Take ownership of all organic social media channels, crafting engaging content and maintaining daily two-way communication with members via messaging.
  • Lead the influencer marketing strategy, working closely with content creators to execute the required outcomes of each unique campaign aligning to business objectives.
  • Lead the monthly build of the Parks & Resorts eDM, undertaking all required steps to create, test and ensure stakeholder approval is sought. Use post-campaign reporting to inform data-driven decisions for future sends.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to assist with marketing communication requirements and approvals.
  • Undertake specific projects as required to assist the wider marketing team as necessary.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing coordinator role with specific focus in digital and social media channels providing support to a marketing team in the delivery of campaigns or other marketing communication activities. 
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to time management, and able to prioritise work to meet competing deadlines. 
  • Proven attention to detail and the ability to constructively critique design and campaign concepts, and copywriting according to communication objectives. 
  • Demonstrated in-platform experience with Google Analytics (GA4) with the ability to create custom reports to infer data, for the purpose of informed decision making and reporting.
  • Ability to liaise and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a media agency with experience in SEM, SEO, programmatic or display advertising would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing or travel content marketing would be advantageous.
  • Experience using a social media management tool to draft content, analyse data and manage messages. Experience with Falcon would be advantageous.
  • Experience in email marketing with the ability to leverage audience insights to inform design and copywriting decisions for monthly eDM’s.
