You’ll work closely with art direction, game design, animation, and production teams to bring game themes to life while staying aligned with technical and gameplay requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Create illustrated assets for slot games, including symbols, characters, backgrounds, frames, and feature visuals
  • Develop art that supports gameplay clarity, theme storytelling, and player engagement
  • Translate art direction and style guides into consistent, production-ready illustrations
  • Prepare layered files and clean assets for animation, implementation, and export
  • Collaborate with animators, UI designers, and producers to ensure assets function smoothly in-game
  • Use generative AI tools as part of the creative workflow for ideation, concept exploration, or asset development, while maintaining artistic quality and consistency
  • Iterate on artwork based on feedback, performance considerations, and game balance needs
  • Occasionally support marketing or promotional visuals tied to game launches.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong illustration skills with a clear understanding of composition, color, lighting, and readability
  • Experience creating art specifically for games, preferably slot games or casual mobile games
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of how to use them responsibly and effectively within a production art pipeline
  • Ability to work in a variety of styles, from stylized and playful to polished and premium
  • Solid understanding of asset organization, naming conventions, and production pipelines
  • Comfort working from briefs, references, and established brand styles
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency across asset sets

Nice to have

  • Experience with slot game mechanics and common features (reels, symbols, bonuses, jackpots)
  • Familiarity with Spine, After Effects, or animation-friendly asset prep
  • Understanding of mobile performance constraints and optimization
  • Experience working with licensed IP or regulated gaming products

What success looks like

  • Artwork that is visually appealing, readable at small sizes, and cohesive across entire games
  • Assets delivered on time, cleanly organized, and ready for animation or implementation
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and openness to iteration
  • Consistent contribution to the overall quality and identity of the game portfolio
