Digital Experience Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of marketing, product, design, and engineering to complete product discovery and delivery with a focus on driving outcomes and high-quality experiences
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of concern and opportunities for product enhancements and new features
• Develop and refine epics and user stories, define detailed product requirements, and prioritize the product backlog to align with the overall product roadmap. Collaborate with the product team to support feature refinement and ensure successful testing.
• Monitor product performance and outcomes using key metrics and analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and achieve business goals
• Foster a culture of communication and teamwork by effectively collaborating with stakeholders to create and maintain alignment
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and product management best practices

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of proven experience working on digital products as a product manager, designer, engineer, or data analyst
• Demonstrated understanding of product discovery and delivery techniques, including agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use sound judgment to assess risks and create data-informed proposals
• Demonstrated ability to learn and integrate knowledge from multiple functional business areas, such as engineering, design, finance, sales, marketing, or operations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Passion for creating digital experiences that delight customers
• Experience in financial services/retirement industry is a plus

Salary range is expected to be between

$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
