Job Description
About the role:
As a member of the DD&T team, the Digital Delivery Manager plays a key role in driving the development, growth, and management of digital initiatives across various functional domains, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Automation, EHS, Finance, Procurement, HR, and more. You will co-develop the site's digital roadmap in collaboration with the Site DD&T Lead and act as the program/portfolio leader, fostering strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to refine team processes and implementing improvements, and collaborating with application SMEs to ensure the quality of data exchanges and system interfaces. The Digital Delivery Manager will also serve as a champion for Data and Digital change within the site and its functions. You will report to the Data, Digital, and Technology Lead.
How you will contribute:

  • Work with business and technology leaders brainstorming solutions, developing strategic business cases & building digital roadmaps utilizing digital platforms for robotic process automation, AI, NLP and Databricks
  • Encourage the use of existing digital technologies and platforms to automate and simplify repetitive tasks Drive the digital transformation programs and projects through:
    • Leading multi-disciplined, cross functional teams in building capabilities and utilizing effective people and project management skills
    • Expertly controlling project financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, managing purchase orders & accruals for both capital & operational expenditures
  • Provide coaching to business and technology resources managing smaller projects within the Digital Transformation portfolio
  • Maintain/develop strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful collaborations
  • Exhibit a continuous improvement (CI) mindset to automate and simplify repetitive tasks
  • Persuade others with fact-based judgments of business situations


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business
  • 5+ years' experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience with the available Digital technology platforms and their applicability in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Data Visualization & Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, IoT, Paperless technologies)
  • Experience in system testing, validation, problem resolution, and training
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Process and Pharmaceuticals industries
  • Gather, understand, and document business processes, objectives, specifications, and requirements on medium/large size projects
  • Working knowledge of: SCRUM, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Project Management
  • Possess strong and effective leadership, team management and project/program management skills
  • Ability to write and speak in the English language.

USA - CA - Thousand Oaks - Manufacturing
U.S. Base Salary Range:
108,500.00 - 170,500.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
