Core Responsibilities
Establishes and maintains the digital marketing measurement framework and strategy for Vanguard Canada.
Leads end-to-end analytics and reporting for Marketing OKRs, campaigns and digital channel effectiveness, collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams.
Prepares and delivers expert-level visualizations and presentations for marketing and sales teams, sharing insights and establishing benchmarks across digital channels.
Develops strategies for automated, real-time data across digital channels and partners with Digital Product Managers on data integration and optimization projects, including requirements and analytics user testing.
Generates performance reports and builds/maintains dashboards with actionable insights to inform marketing strategy, channel optimization, campaign effectiveness, including webinars, emails, social, search, and sales campaigns.
Provide insights into user and client behaviors to inform segmentation and enhanced personalization.
Translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for Marketing and Sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upskill business partners and advance analytics capabilities.
Mentor, coach, and connect others within the analytics community, sharing resources and training.
Stay up to date on new technology and measurement frameworks.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong technical competencies in Data analysis (Excel and SQL or Python), Data visualization (Power BI), web & digital analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console), Tag management, and AWS Data Lake.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Website, email, SEO, SEM, social, display, etc.).
Experience tracking campaign performance and conversion funnels.
Ability to acquire and compile structured and unstructured data, verifying quality and accuracy.
Ability to prepare and deliver visualizations and translate data into business insights and recommendations
Strong collaboration skills with internal partners and cross-functional teams.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
