As a Digital Campaign/Performance Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the execution and optimization of digital media campaigns within Flipp’s Private Shopper Network and across external platforms. You will ensure campaigns launch with technical precision, monitor external spend daily to prevent pacing issues, and proactively troubleshoot attribution or tracking discrepancies.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:
  • Campaign Management and Execution
    • Set up, launch, and manage digital media campaigns across diverse platforms, aligning with business objectives and KPIs.
    • Proactively monitor live campaigns for performance, accurate implementation, and continuous optimization.
    • Collaborate with third-party vendors, and internal sales to communicate campaign performance and drive results.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Content, Operations, Sales, and Analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution and goal achievement.
    • Effectively manage and track client budgets to ensure campaigns achieve target outcomes.
  • Media Planning & Performance Optimization
    • Create media plans, ensuring flight dates, budgets, and channel allocations are accurately documented.
    • Monitor campaign performance and pacing to identify risks and opportunities.
    • Recommend data-driven optimization strategies based on performance trends and established best practices.
    • Implement approved optimization tactics to improve delivery and results.
  • Reporting and Troubleshooting
    • Generate and maintain accurate campaign performance reports on a regular cadence.
    • Review performance data to identify trends, anomalies, or delivery risks.
    • Surface actionable insights to support optimization and performance discussions.
    • Identify and support the resolution of executional, delivery, or data integrity issues in collaboration with senior team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Team & Process Improvement
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, boosting campaign execution and operational efficiency by sharing learnings and feedback.
    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Publisher, and other internal  & external stakeholders to identify and resolve performance or workflow issues proactively.
What you'll bring to the team:
  • 1-3 years working in a relevant industry/position (i.e. digital media agency or news media company) or equivalent practical experience.
