Synopsis of the Role
The Digital Content Marketing Manager develops and manages digital content initiatives for a defined line of business (B2B). This individual is responsible for crafting compelling and effective marketing copy for our digital channels to engage target business audiences. Focusing on the creation and execution of content for web properties, email, and sales enablement materials, you will work within the Content Marketing team and report to the Director of Digital Content Marketing. You will seamlessly execute copy for both tactical and strategic marketing plans. The successful candidate will create strategic communication plans in collaboration with Product Marketing and other stakeholders. You will ensure all content is tailored for the target audience, showcasing Equifax’s unique insights and industry leadership. This role requires advanced stakeholder management and the ability to confidently balance the competing needs of a fast-growing, dynamic business.
What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end development of high-impact digital content that articulates Equifax’s brand value, products, and services to B2B customers and industry stakeholders.
Develop customer-centric messaging and strategic positioning that differentiates our offerings in a competitive market.
Lead the content marketing strategy for a dedicated line of business, defining distribution channels, tactics, and timing to ensure maximum reach and resonance.
Create high-quality copy for website properties, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, webinars, video scripts, social media, and thought-leadership blogs.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors (designers and writers) to facilitate the research, translation, and production of digital collateral.
Act as a brand steward, managing internal reviews and ensuring all publications meet the highest standards of accuracy and brand alignment.
What Experience You Need
5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or communications, with a proven track record of superior writing and an understanding of complex buyer journeys.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Content versatility: Experience producing white papers, slide decks, blogs, and content for digital channels (web, email, webinars).
Ability to synthesize complex data and technical insights into compelling narratives that resonate with business decision-makers.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workflows and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
What Could Set You Apart
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Workfront, Canva, and Stensul.
Fluency in both English and French is a significant asset.
Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools to enhance content productivity and creative development.
An intellectually curious approach to using data to optimize content performance.
