We’re growing our engineering team and hiring DevSecOps Engineers to design and implement secure, scalable delivery and infrastructure systems across clients. This includes building modern CI/CD pipelines, embedding security and compliance into engineering workflows, and enabling automated, cloud-native delivery in enterprise environments.
These roles include both current initiatives and pipeline hiring for upcoming engagements, with a focus on advancing DevSecOps maturity and secure platform practices.
What does success look like in this role?
- Define and lead DevSecOps architecture across complex, enterprise environments
- Design and implement scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
- Embed security controls into the software development lifecycle (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secrets management)
- Establish automated compliance and governance controls using infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security, risk, and regulatory requirements
- Lead infrastructure automation and environment provisioning (cloud-native, reproducible environments)
- Integrate identity, access management, and secrets management into platform architecture
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and security posture through automation and standardization
- Mentor engineers and drive adoption of DevSecOps best practices across teams

- Deep experience in DevSecOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Experience integrating security tooling into pipelines (SAST, DAST, container scanning, secrets management)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud security best practices
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar)
- Familiarity with policy-as-code and compliance automation
- Strong understanding of identity and access management in enterprise environments
- Experience designing scalable, secure systems in regulated environments
Nice to have skills
- Kubernetes and container security expertise
- Experience with zero-trust architecture patterns
