Our IT Corporate Solutions Group (CSG) is looking for an experienced individual who can fill a permanent, fulltime DevOps Engineer role enabling our Modern Workplace department.
What you will do:

Actively participate in agile scrum practices, such as daily standups, backlog refinement, planning and sprint retrospectives

Work closely with stakeholders to gather the business and technical requirements needed to design and implement solutions using the Microsoft 365.

Continuously monitor changes and enhancements coming for Microsoft 365 and inform the team.

Ability to support Microsoft productivity tools and Employee Experience tools.
-
Serve as the go-to expert for Microsoft 365 applications, providing guidance, training, and support to end-users.

Advocate for best practices and adoption strategies to maximize productivity.
-
Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
-
Monitor and maintain system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless functionality.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and managers to design and implement end-to-end features.
-
Keep abreast of Microsoft 365 updates, new features, and industry trends.
-
Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to productivity tools.
-
Develop and improve processes related to Microsoft 365 offerings.
-
Streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance user experience.
-
Enhance collaboration by optimizing Teams channels, chat, and document sharing workflows.
-
Monitor product quality and reliability, ensuring smooth operation of productivity tools.
-
Participate in live site support, addressing incidents promptly and effectively.
-
Support SharePoint migrations – content being transferred to SPO from different source.

Support the maturity of HOOPP’s technology roadmaps, standards, and practices, in collaboration with the Product Owner, Architect(s), and Portfolio Lead

Identify repetitive tasks and build tools / processes for automation.
What you will bring:
-
5+ years of experience in a Microsoft 365 environment with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and familiarity with hybrid configurations (on-premises Exchange and Office 365)

7+ years of operations experience with 3+ years of experience working within an Agile delivery team environment

Experienced with in leading delivery of major technology features in a complex fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to take end-to-end ownership, collaborate with stakeholders and drive desired outcomes on committed timelines.

High level of initiative, innovative and professionalism with enthusiasm and drive to succeed

Self-motivated, willingness to learn and perform own research in resolving complex issues while working in a team environment.

Passionate about supporting Microsoft 365 tools and a thought-leader in the Microsoft 365 space who can clearly express ideas, concepts, and architecture to all levels in the team and to stakeholders
