  • Manage event-based onboarding, providing mentoring, support, and guidance for developers and community members during physical and virtual events.
  • Gather feedback from projects utilizing LayerZero and synthesize findings to inform product improvement for the product team.
  • Own and manage relationships with external developer communities, identifying opportunities to drive awareness and usage of LayerZero.
  • Drive end-to-end creation of tutorials, example applications, and event workflows, ensuring clarity and effectiveness for our developer audience.

ABOUT YOU
  • 2-4+ years of experience in Developer Relations or a similar role, with a broad understanding of DevRel functions.
  • Strong software development background and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to build functional prototypes and examples.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience with Blockchain, including a solid understanding of core concepts and various use cases across gaming, DeFi, and enterprise spaces.
  • Exceptional content development and delivery skills, adaptable to various formats and audiences.
  • Proven experience in working with developer communities and fostering positive relationships.
  • Self-directed in day-to-day tasks, with the ability to independently drive projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of partnering effectively with Event Operations, product engineers, and other DevRel team members to keep examples and content in sync with releases.
