Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Shred Plant Coordinator- Union in Burnaby. We are looking for a highly reliable, trustworthy, and punctual team member to take on this dynamic role.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Manage the daily operations of the shredding plant, ensuring the efficiency of shredding, baling, and material handling processes to meet targets.
Provide direction, training, and supervision to the shredding technicians
Operate and perform preventative maintenance on equipment like shredders, balers, and forklifts
Be Implementing and enforcing company policies and industry standards to ensure a safe and secure work environment
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
2 years of experience in the transportation, operations, or warehouse field.
Mechanical Aptitude: Must be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment
Bobcat (Skid Steer) Certification and Forklift certification are a most
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Must have computer literacy, including Excel mastery and the ability to adapt to various plant management systems for tracking production and inventory.
