Who We Are
Hi! We’re Thinkingbox, the brief to built agency. Creating innovative digital, experiential, social, and content, we partner with leading brands across industries like sports, gaming, entertainment, and technology. We believe the hands that carefully craft the work should belong to the minds that dreamed it. So while others pass the buck, we’re already building. Because our thinkers are also the makers. Culture is at the heart of who we are, and our offices are hubs of natural collaboration. From hanging out with our office dogs to enjoying Thursday happy hours, we keep our work environment vibrant, welcoming, and fun. Each year, we also encourage our people to spend a month exploring the world, whether that means working from another office or even from the beaches of Mexico, to expand their perspectives and bring fresh inspiration back to the team.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Designer with experience across digital and experiential work to join our creative team in Toronto. This role is ideal for someone with strong design instincts and a sharp eye for detail, backed by a portfolio that reflects both craft and conceptual thinking across multiple touchpoints. You’re curious, collaborative, and motivated to push ideas further, and excited by creating work that lives seamlessly across both physical and digital spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create thoughtful, visually compelling work across digital, web, print, and experiential touchpoints that aligns with client goals and brand systems.
  • Translate ideas into engaging concepts that come to life across integrated campaigns, from digital platforms to physical activations.
  • Balance aesthetics and usability to deliver work that is both visually impactful and highly functional across environments.
  • Contribute across the full lifecycle of a project, from early concepts through to final execution, ensuring a high level of quality throughout.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to bring cohesive, cross-channel ideas to life.
  • Stay curious and engaged with emerging tools, technologies, and experiential trends, applying new thinking to continuously elevate the work.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in an agency, studio, or creative environment
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates craft, taste, and experience across both digital and experiential work
  • A concept-driven mindset with the ability to think beyond the brief and across multiple touchpoints
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a thoughtful approach to design challenges
  • Experience contributing to projects through execution, with a keen eye for detail and quality
  • Clear and confident communication skills across both internal teams and client interactions
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach and a genuine passion for creating impactful brand experiences

Additional Info

  • Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)
  • Flexible time off, including paid vacation and sick days
  • Consistent culture and team-building events
  • Employee recognition and incentive programs
  • Seasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the year
  • Office lunches
  • Branded company swag
