- Address customer issues in Analog and Mixed Signal designs, specifically SerDes products.
- Work closely with customers to understand their SerDes requirements and review customer designs.
- Attend technical meetings with customers to address technical queries from the customer.
- Assist customers and technical field team in solving issues for both pre-silicon and post-silicon stage.
- Develop collaterals, like SerDes User Guide, Datasheets, demoes as needed to highlight the capability of our cutting-edge SerDes products.
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure that the most critical customer issues are addressed in a timely fashion.
- Familiar to use lab equipment for hardware debug and protocol compliance test.
- Excellent communication, especially in leading cross-team discussion.
