Job Description
Join our team as a Depositary Receipts Product Strategist, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our DR offerings. By conducting thorough market research, you will identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to develop strategic plans and innovative product solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new DR products and enhance existing ones, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and market demands. If you are passionate about driving product innovation and have a keen understanding of the DR sector, this role is for you.
Job responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of DR products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and technology. Ensure that product specifications meet regulatory requirements and align with market needs.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for product development processes, including business requirements, product specifications, and project plans. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies, to gather feedback, address inquiries, and support the successful launch and adoption of DR products.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and development.
  • Project Management: Skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring a product from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify challenges and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles in the product development process.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the technical aspects of product design and development, which may include familiarity with relevant technologies, tools, and software.
  • Market Research: Proficiency in conducting market research to gather insights and data that drive product innovation and improvement.
  • Customer Focus: A strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs and preferences to ensure product success and satisfaction.
