What we do?

Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.

We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 5000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.

The role:

As the Demand Programs Specialist, you will manage and execute multi-channel programs that create and capture demand.

You'll orchestrate always-on campaigns and high-impact digital initiatives, ensuring programs are efficient and drive measurable revenue growth across multiple channels.

What you’ll do:
  • Program management: Plan, organise, and execute full-funnel demand generation programs that convert awareness into qualified demand.

  • Asset production & promotion: Collaborate with the wider team to produce and promote program assets - including webinars, gated content, content syndication, and lead generation calculators - that generate high-quality leads and convert them into pipeline.

  • Performance analysis: Analyse program specific marketing data, report weekly on activity performance, and develop new activities based on results to increase effectiveness.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with BDR and Sales teams to ensure efficient lead handoffs. Collect feedback and use it to improve program success.

  • Delivering pipeline growth: Impact sales efficiency and company revenue growth by increasing MQL quality and volume, and improving conversion into SQLs and pipeline.

You'll work closely with:

Primary Marketing team:

  • Demand Generation: to build strategy that delivers business goals, reporting, and optimisation

  • Revenue Marketing: for strategic campaign integration

  • Web: for web performance and optimisation

  • PMM & Brand: for messaging, positioning, content, brand needs, and compliance

Cross-functional teams:

  • BDR/Sales Team: to deliver and scale high-quality MQLs and consistently improve pipeline conversion.

We'd love to hear from you:
  • Programs management: Proven experience executing integrated demand programs across channels including ads, email, web, social, and digital events.

  • SaaS experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation within the SaaS industry.

  • Communication & execution: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven bias for action and results.

  • Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze campaign metrics and use data to plan and optimize program performance.

  • Technical expertise: Strong cross-channel marketing mastery and tech-savviness, always looking for new ways to deliver higher impact.

  • Execution & bias for action: A bias for action, results, and delivery—capable of operating with momentum over perfection.
