Our Marketing team is at the heart of our business and is a full service group responsible for increasing exposure of our company and our solutions, as well as fueling our growth. We need an exceptional individual to help lead us through our next growth stage.
We got here one client at a time through the amazing hard work of our team. We want that number to grow exponentially. To that end, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Coordinator who will develop target prospect lists and support the execution of demand generation programs.
As our Demand Generation Coordinator, you will:
- Assist the demand generation team with ABM prospecting, including identifying and building lists of target accounts, stakeholders, influencers and decision makers
- Manage vendors to assist in the creation of accurate target lists
- Coordinate the vetting of lists with stakeholders in marketing, business intelligence, and sales
- Manage the collection of reviews and other customer evidence, coordinating with relevant team members to respond when necessary
- Assist demand generation manager in campaign planning and execution, including writing email copy, updating web copy, and managing email sends in Pardot & Groove
- Help with web operations including managing support tickets, and updating content on our website
- Help with the creation of reports showing the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns
- Coordinate the creation and sending of gifts to our prospects and clients
- Mentor new contractors and guide them through list building best practices
What you'll need to be successful as a Demand Generation Coordinator:
- Bilingual in English and French
- A minimum of 2 year experience of related to marketing
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with direct mail and email campaigns preferred
- Familiar with the Pardot, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Sendoso, and Groove
- Experience with ZoomInfo or similar prospect database a plus
- Experience with using AI tools like ChatGPT, Dolle, Mid Journey, and other relevant tools a nice to have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Post Secondary Degree
