Who You Are:

The Demand Generation & Campaigns Manager is responsible for building and running integrated programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across target accounts and segments. Working closely with Field, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Marketing Operations, the Demand Generation & Campaigns Manager will deliver data-driven campaigns that connect marketing programs directly to revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys creative problem-solving, and is motivated by measurable impact.
Location: Candidates to be based in Malta

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns that combine digital, email, content, and field marketing tactics to engage key accounts and accelerate pipeline.
  • Execute ABM programs that target strategic segments, using intent data and buying signals to prioritize outreach and personalize messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, SDR/BDR, Sales, and Field Marketing to align on campaign goals, messaging, and account targeting.
  • Manage nurture programs that guide prospects and customers through the buyer journey and increase marketing-qualified leads.
  • Use data and insights to monitor performance, measure campaign impact, and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Align closely with Sales and SDR/BDR teams to coordinate outreach, enable follow-up, and ensure marketing programs convert to pipeline.
  • Contribute to cross-channel innovation, bringing fresh ideas for campaigns, personalization, and engagement tactics.
  • Provide actionable insights and regular reporting on engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
Ideal Profile:
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to demand generation, ABM, or integrated campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing programs drive pipeline and support account-based motions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Content, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Outreach, 6sense, Salesforce).
