About PureFacts Financial Solutions

PureFacts is a global leader in revenue management, client reporting, and data-driven solutions for the wealth and asset management industry. Our mission is to empower financial services firms with smarter technology that increases revenue, reduces risk, and improves client transparency.

We’re a purpose-driven organization committed to making a difference—both in financial services and in the communities we serve. At PureFacts, innovation, integrity, and impact are at the heart of everything we do.

About the role

We’re looking for a graduate student summer intern who’s excited about two things: building pipeline through smart demand generation and using AI + data to learn faster and execute better. This role is hands-on. You’ll help launch campaigns, analyze performance, automate parts of the workflow, and turn messy marketing data into clear insights the team can act on.

We care about baseline marketing or related experience, but what matters most is how you show up: optimistic, enthusiastic, eager to learn, curious, and a do-er who takes ownership and finishes things.

Why this internship is different

You won’t be “the intern who updates spreadsheets.” You’ll be embedded in real demand gen work, with the chance to:

  • Learn how modern pipeline creation works end-to-end.
  • Use AI in practical ways, not as a buzzword.
  • Build skills and artifacts you can show in a portfolio (dashboards, analyses, campaign post-mortems, automation workflows).

This is an internship from May until August 2026.

What you'll do

Demand generation (execution + experimentation)

  • Support multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, LinkedIn, webinars, content syndication, landing pages).
  • Help build and QA campaign assets: emails, landing pages, ad copy, UTM structure, and basic segmentation.
  • Run lightweight experiments (A/B tests, audience tests, offer tests) and document learnings.
  • Partner with sales/customer teams to improve lead follow-up flows and conversion.

AI + analytics (insights + automation)

  • Build simple dashboards and reporting views for funnel performance (lead → opp → win where possible).
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline impact: what’s working, what isn’t, and why.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, copy iteration, audience insights, and workflow automation (with human review).
  • Assist with data hygiene: lead source consistency, tagging, naming conventions, and attribution basics.

Ops + process (make the machine run smoother)

  • Maintain campaign trackers, testing logs, and documentation so the team learns cumulatively, not repeatedly.
  • Help improve repeatable workflows for campaign setup, measurement, and post-campaign retros.

What success looks like

By the end of the internship, you will have:

  • Shipped real campaigns and contributed to measurable outcomes (engagement, meetings, pipeline influence).
  • Delivered a small set of dashboards/insights that the team actually uses.
  • Built a repeatable “AI-assisted” workflow (research, segmentation, reporting, or automation) that saves time and improves quality.
  • Left behind clean documentation so the next campaign starts at step 5, not step 1.

Qualifications

  • Are currently enrolled in a graduate program (MBA, MS, MA, or similar), ideally in marketing, analytics, business, or a related field.
  • Have some exposure to marketing execution (internship, part-time role, project work, campus org, agency, etc.).
  • Like both sides of the brain: creative messaging and performance data.
  • Enjoy figuring things out, moving quickly, and making progress without perfect instructions.
  • Have strong writing and communication skills (clear > fancy).

Helpful skills (not required)

  • Familiarity with basic funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, CAC, pipeline influence).
  • Comfort in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic data analysis.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
  • Basic SQL or Python, or coursework in data analytics.
  • Experience using AI tools thoughtfully (prompting, summarizing, clustering, drafting, workflow automation).
