In this position, you’ll drive demand and engagement across enterprise prospects through a targeted ABM and demand generation strategy. This role offers the chance to impact qualified lead generation and increase engagement in high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and implement ABM campaigns targeting enterprise prospects, leveraging personalized content, outreach, and multi-channel strategies to engage and convert high-value accounts.
  • Plan, execute, and manage demand generation initiatives, including webinars, virtual events, and paid media campaigns. Drive brand awareness and pipeline growth among target accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to develop and implement multi-channel campaigns, optimizing for reach, conversion, and engagement across key accounts.
  • Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop tailored assets (e.g., landing pages, email templates, social posts) that align with ABM goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Oversee paid media efforts on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics like lead generation, pipeline growth, and engagement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of webinars and events, from initial setup to post-event analysis and follow-up, ensuring high engagement and valuable lead generation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or a related marketing field, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies and best practices, with the ability to execute personalized campaigns targeting high-value accounts across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, and paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.), from conception to analysis.
  • Strong ability to analyze campaign data, draw insights, and provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and achieving business goals.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, sales, and leadership.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage campaigns, track performance, and report on results.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities within campaigns, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Success Criteria

  • Demonstrable growth in qualified leads and marketing-sourced opportunities within targeted high-value accounts.
  • High conversion rate of qualified leads to sales opportunities, driven by effective targeting, follow-up, and nurturing.
  • Increased engagement across marketing channels, reflecting higher brand presence and interest within the target enterprise segment.
  • Continuous improvement in campaign performance, based on data-driven insights and regular performance reviews.

Benefits

Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:

  • 30 days off
  • Home Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.
  • Relevant professional education (50% reimbursement, up to $1,500 annually).
  • Gym or swimming pool (50% reimbursement, up to $500 annually).
  • Coworking (up to $250 monthly).
  • Remote working.
