* The Dell Peripherals Product Manager is accountable for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across assigned product categories. As the subject matter expert for a designated portfolio, this role leads product strategy, pricing, promotional planning, competitive positioning, and sales enablement.

* Developing and recommending pricing strategies based on market dynamics.
* Monitoring industry trends and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
* Optimize catalog and e-commerce merchandising to enhance visibility and conversion.
* Analyzing market and performance data to identify growth opportunities for vendor partners. This role also fosters strong relationships with vendors, oversees Co-op and MDF funding, and serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. The Product Manager contributes to annual business planning and collaborates closely with segment leaders to define customer focus areas and with product leaders to shape solution offerings. Overall, the Product Manager is responsible for overseeing products, processes, projects, and campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.

* Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product portfolio and emerging technologies.

* Forecast sales volumes and proactively manage measurable category goals.
* Analyze industry data to identify growth opportunities for vendor partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, managing Co-op and MDF funding.
* Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Create annual business plans and align with segment marketing and product leaders to define customer focus and solution strategies.
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in merchandising, product management, category management, or marketing
* 9 years' experience in merchandising, product management, category management, or marketing
* 4 years CDW PPM experience and 5 years' experience in merchandising, product management, category management, or marketing
* Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed
* Proven success in managing product lines throughout their lifecycle, including customer engagement and strategic positioning.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal direction.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
* Solid financial and analytical acumen to support data-driven decision-making.
* Established track record of building and sustaining productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage tools for analysis, communication, and planning.
