We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.

Sitting on our Tech Program Management team, within our PMO function, the Program Manager will work closely with our Predictive Analytics and Product Analytics teams to ensure that analytics resources are allocated appropriately and to oversee the delivery of major analytics projects. What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of program management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders
  • Experience working with data teams - you won’t perform technical work, but you need to be familiar with work involving SQL, and ideally tools like Snowflake, dbt, Looker, etc
  • Experience translating business requests into technical requirements that a data team can execute on
  • Ability to keep stakeholders across different teams and functions aligned on tasks to be completed for and the status of long running data projects
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Proven self-management, time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
