We are seeking a Data Orchestration Specialist to join our Marketing Department. This role is critical to Manulife’s mission of delivering exceptional digital experiences by ensuring accurate and integrated data for performance measurement and reporting across our public-facing Storefront websites. 

As part of a cross-segment initiative within the broader Digital Customer Leader (DCL) dashboard, you will design and maintain the architecture, preparation, and curation of data sources that power our digital experience measurement framework. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced tools and technologies, collaborate across teams, and make a measurable impact on our digital marketing strategy.

Position Responsibilities

  • Architect, prepare, and curate data sources for digital experience measurement reporting.

  • Work closely with internal and external partners to standardize processes and controls for ingesting data across multiple systems.

  • Develop and maintain a robust data architecture that ensures accessibility, quality, and scalability.

  • Monitor data quality and consistency, troubleshooting and resolving ingestion and integration issues.

  • Manage enhancements to the data infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery and accountability from stakeholders.

  • Quickly develop business insight to connect data sources across diverse and complex systems.

  • Stay current on trends and technologies in digital marketing data management and analytics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field.

  • Strong technical skills, including experience with API connections and data integration.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL, PowerBI, Domo, Tableau.

  • Experience using statistical languages (R or Python) to manipulate large datasets.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with paid digital media structure and processes, including performance and conversion data.

  • Experience with tools such as Site Improve, Similar Web, Page Speed Insights, Decibel, and others.

Salary range is expected to be between

$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
