Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Masking & Sanitization Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and validation of data masking and sanitization solutions for our department. 

Key Responsibilities
Design & Strategy
Design comprehensive data masking and sanitization strategies aligned with organizational data governance policies
Identify sensitive data elements across systems and applications
Develop masking rules and sanitization protocols for various data types (PII, financial data etc.)

Implementation & Configuration
Implement data masking tools and technologies across development, testing, and non-production environments
Configure masking algorithms and techniques 
Integrate masking solutions with existing Azure data pipelines and ETL processes
Ensure masked data maintains referential integrity and usability for testing purposes.

Validation & Testing
Validate masking effectiveness and completeness
Perform quality assurance testing on masked datasets
Document masking rules and maintain masking metadata repositories 

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in data masking, data privacy, or data governance
Hands-on expertise with data masking tools 
Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms
Understanding of encryption, Tokenization, and anonymization techniques
