.     3 years of experience in using IBM Optim, Data Masking and Subsetting techniques

·        3 to 5 years of experience specifically in Test Data Masking •

·        Experience in Mainframe Application Testing  , Test data Management .

·        Ability to work in a highly collaborative, self-directed team setting

·        Good communication skills both written and verbal

• Testing Skills
  
  ·        Demonstrated understanding of Test Data Management and test environments within large                complex organizations
  
  ·       Ability to decipher Solution Architecture diagrams to determine testing strategy and data                     validation
