About The Role

As a Data Analyst, you are an early-to-mid career analytics professional with a strong foundation in data analysis and a desire to grow your technical and consulting skill set. You support the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions that help clients better understand their data and make informed decisions. You are comfortable working with structured datasets and are eager to deepen your experience in data modeling, visualization, and business analysis.

You will work closely with senior analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders across a variety of client engagements. With guidance and mentorship, you will contribute to analytics initiatives including dashboarding, exploratory analysis, KPI tracking, and data quality validation. You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve your analytical skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Support client and internal teams in understanding business questions and translating them into analytical requirements
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights under the guidance of senior team members
    Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
  • Assist in documenting metrics, definitions, and analytics processes
  • Collaborate with data engineers and other analysts to support data modeling and reporting layers
    Communicate insights clearly through visualizations, summaries, and presentations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and analytical workflows

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or analytics-focused role
  • Programming experience in Python, Bash scripting, R or related language
  • Working proficiency in SQL and experience querying cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Foundational understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs and metrics
  • A/B testing and causal analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
  • Interest in learning about data governance, privacy, and security best practices

The estimated compensation for this position is $75,000 to $100,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
