About The Role
As a Data Analyst, your primary focus will be leveraging Power BI to create dashboards and reports that provide visibility into company performance, operational trends, and team effectiveness. You will work closely with executives, leaders, and operational teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable data to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize key business metrics.
Use internal data sources to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities across various departments.
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Write queries using SQL to extract and manipulate data from various internal systems.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executives and business leaders.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
Document report logic, data definitions, and processes to support knowledge transfer and scalability.
What You’ll Need for Success
Proven experience building dynamic reports using Power BI (required).
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
Solid understanding of DAX and data modeling concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business-friendly language.
Experience working with internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
