Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to help support business decisions and improve operational performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify trends, create reports, and provide actionable insights. Key Responsibilities- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or patterns.
- Verify the accuracy and integrity of data before reporting.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather business requirements and provide analytical support.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Perform additional analytical and administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
