Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to help support business decisions and improve operational performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify trends, create reports, and provide actionable insights. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or patterns.
  • Verify the accuracy and integrity of data before reporting.
  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather business requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Perform additional analytical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
