You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity
- Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines
- Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities
- Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management
- Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cycle counts all raw and packaging materials and maintains accurate records of all documents and inventory in SAP.
- Performs weekly "end of run" cycle counting for Raw & Packaging materials used in processing & packaging.
- Performs on the spot counts as required.
- Performs weekly warehouse and flavour vault audit counts.
- Works with TDC, Quality Supervisor & Purchasing to tag expired materials.
- Ensures all materials approved for write off (Blocked Stock) are tagged as "Do Not Use", locations are identified, counts are confirmed.
- Assists with the picking and disposal of all items to ensure SAP is updated in a timely manner by Finance.
- Tracks materials on hold and works with QA, Supervisor and supplier in resolving.
- Works with the Finance dept. in tracking inventory trends and identify root causes and areas for improvement in cycle counting and other related processes.
- Makes recommendations for updating material quantities on Operational BOMs.
- Reports and communicates accurate information to Supervisor, Finance and Production. Works with TDC to check and assist with daily clearing of COGI errors in SAP.
- Effectively communicates to all departments, trouble shoots and resolves inventory issues in SAP
- Uses forklift to move stock to access all Raw & Packaging materials for counting
- Performs other related tasks and responsibilities as determined by the Supervisor
- Counts all indirect materials and updates spread sheet weekly.
Education / Experience / Training Required
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office programs (Word, email). SAP knowledge is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Preffered

Exceptional attention to detail; able to maintain information accurately Solid mathematical skills Positive attitude, good team player and able to work with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable of physically lifting up to 40 lb. Demonstrated good attendance Capable of completing in-house forklift training Ability to train as back up for sampling and Plant Logistics Analyst role.
