We’re growing fast and working with leading global companies, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team and play a key role in driving customer value, adoption, and long-term success.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales, acting as a trusted advisor to our customers and helping them get the most out of OX.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation
  • Provide training and guidance to help customers integrate OX into their workflows
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers throughout their lifecycle
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address complex challenges and improve the product
  • Monitor customer usage, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for growth (retention, upsell, cross-sell)
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure long-term customer success
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS company
  • Experience in cybersecurity / application security - strong advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with enterprise customers
  • Background in DevSecOps / SDLC / application security
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering
  • Passion for cybersecurity and working with technical products
