About the team: CEO Stefanos was the global Head of Messenger at Facebook. CTO Yandong was CTO of Strava. Other founding members have experience working for McKinsey, Google, Facebook, Uber and other startups.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand technical aspects of the product and clearly communicate it to customers
  • Provide training and onboarding support to our new customers ensuring they become power users of our platform
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to cross-sell/upsell marketing or other use-cases or present results from customer pilots
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Pre-sales and post-sales team, customer support, engineering and product)
  • Analyze market trends and provide feedback for product improvements
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software

Requirements

  • C1 English level, or better
  • Medium Excel Skills
  • Excellent communications skills

We're a remote-first company with clients and team members across the world. We allow you to work from anywhere in the world anytime you prefer, as long as you are able to stay on top of deliverables and are able to overlap with the scheduled team meetings and close collaboration hours.
