Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Manulife Wealth & Asset Management Marketing team as an Adobe Customer Journey Marketing Automation Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping, developing, and optimising customer journeys and campaigns through Adobe Journey Optimizer, driving digital transformation and elevating marketing automation across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Data, and Digital Experience, to deliver impactful, compliant campaigns and workflows that make a real difference. Position Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal customers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, map multi-channel customer journeys, and provide recommendations as a product SME on campaign and workflow set-up.
  • Partner with automation-focused team members to design journey workflows, ensuring proper tracking, targeting, and messaging for omnichannel interactions.
  • Participate in the analysis and advancement of Adobe Journey Optimizer, contributing to its integration with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Target, and Launch.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Support training and enablement to democratise email creation and deployment for business partners.
  • Collaborate globally on the implementation of new marketing technology and processes.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with all relevant privacy and security regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree.
  • Experience with campaign and automated workflow development (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, IO, Experience Manager, Target) and/or Experience Platform (Journey Analytics, RTCDP, Offer Decisioning) preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal/written/organisational/analytical/interpersonal skills; proactive communication is essential.
  • Ability to quickly master new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with global teams and implementing new marketing technology and processes.
  • Passion for digital strategy, transformation, and marketing automation.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently under short deadlines, managing tasks from start to finish.
  • Experience supporting training and enablement initiatives.

Salary range is expected to be between

$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
