The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for the support and implementation of customer experience strategies and national initiatives as assigned, to ensure a seamless and impactful execution.
This includes taking an active role in supporting the development of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, customer and association partnerships, national program capabilities, and sector strategies.

If you are great at:

  • Support the implementation of customer experience initiatives for Northbridge Insurance
  • Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives related to customer experience for Northbridge Insurance.
  • Support national program opportunities
  • Foster collaboration with regional underwriting teams and other internal stakeholders.
  •  Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

If you have:

  • Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on the job experience.
  • 3 - 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
  • Working knowledge of the functional areas of an insurance company’s operations, insurance products and insurance trends. Working knowledge of customer experience concepts, trends, and their insurance applications an asset.
  • Proficiency in operational procedures, workflow, and processing functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • CIP/FCIP designation or working towards them.
