JOB SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the agent is to assist and provide excellent service to our customers by answering customer queries and product-related concerns.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 18 years old and above

  • At least Senior High School graduate

  • IT fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

  • with at least 6 months of BPO-related industry experience

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Above average oral and written English Communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Passionate and with integrity towards work

  • Ability to use MS Office or Google Suite application

  • Amenable to Work On-site
