Compensation Package : $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

What You'll Be Doing...
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Manage the full portfolio, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on customer strategies and execution.
- Optimize trade spend and promotional budgets to maximize ROI and ensure financial accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and senior decision-makers.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and implement initiatives to drive incremental sales and market share.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations using data-driven insights to support recommendations.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning in partnership with Supply Chain and Operations.
- Track key performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business results.
- Lead customer meetings, including quarterly business reviews, top-to-tops, and joint business planning sessions.
- Drive customer negotiations in collaboration with Finance and Sales Strategy, focusing on pricing, promotions, and supply timing.
- Oversee product launches and store-level execution to ensure success.
- Utilize customer data and analytics tools to assess business performance and maximize ROI.
What You'll Bring...
- 5+ years of CPG sales experience with a proven track record of managing National or Key Accounts (Loblaws/Shoppers Drug Mart preferred but, not mandatory).
- Experience in trade marketing, category management, and data analytics (e.g., Nielsen, LDIA, IRI, internal POS data).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of driving revenue growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a full business portfolio.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence customers and collaborate across departments.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
