What You’ll Do:

The Customer Acquisition Student will have the opportunity to learn on the fly, and to work in a dynamic environment. The customer acquisition business is nuanced and fast-paced. The student in this role will be immersed in learning about how in-store acquisition operates, along with data measurement, performance management and training. The student will also be exposed to all acquisition channels for a well-rounded development experience:

  • Operational Audit program management
  • Pulling, consolidating, and analyzing performance reporting
  • Administrative tasks
  • Billing and accounting tasks

What You Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge
  • Creative thinker who is observant to seek new opportunities and perceptive to abstract ideas
  • Goal driven individual to seek out continuous improvement opportunities
  • The ability to take a collaborative approach to build strong relationships and have positive team experiences
  • Flexible and dynamic individual who is able to adjust and prioritize accordingly to adapt to business demands and requirements
  • Solid foundation of relevant technical skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Power BI an asset
  • Previous retail store experience an asset
