As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, sales-oriented Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results.

Drive Enrollment Growth

  • Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems

Customer Relationship Building

  • Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
  • Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
  • Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience

Sales Execution

  • Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
  • Overcome objections and close enrollments
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets

Bilingual Customer Support

  • Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
  • Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations and program teams
  • Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings

Requirements

Proven Sales Experience

  • Background in inside sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and hit targets

Pipeline & CRM Discipline

  • Experience managing leads and tracking activity in CRM systems
  • Organized and consistent in follow-ups

Strong Communication Skills

  • Confident, clear, and engaging communicator
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both adults and youth

Bilingual (English & Spanish)

  • Required to effectively support our diverse community

Self-Starter Mentality

  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Takes initiative without needing constant direction
