Obsessed with data and making websites convert?

We’re Fuelerate, a growth partner for Shopify brands.

We scale eCommerce stores using data, testing, and design that actually sells.

Now we’re hiring a CRO Strategist who loves running experiments, learning fast, finding what works in the real world, and taking real ownership of client accounts.

If you enjoy digging into numbers, testing hypotheses, turning insights into revenue, and being the person who helps clients feel clear, confident, and well-supported, this is your role.

What you’ll do

You’ll help Shopify brands get more sales through smarter testing, UX improvements, and strong account ownership:

  • plan, launch, and manage A/B tests (Intelligems / similar)
  • review CRO redesigns using our internal framework
  • analyze heatmaps, GA4, and user recordings
  • identify friction points in the funnel and fix them
  • turn data into simple, clear recommendations
  • work closely with designers, developers, and PMs
  • take ownership of assigned client accounts and their overall experience
  • lead client communication with clarity and confidence
  • run onboarding calls and recurring client meetings
  • send progress updates and reports
  • respond to client questions and keep accounts moving forward

You’ll work across multiple brands and see results weekly, not once a year.

What you bring

  • 2+ years agency experience (required)
  • hands-on experience with Shopify stores
  • GA4 + heatmaps + session recordings experience
  • you can read data and extract practical insights
  • strong communication, curiosity, and speed
  • well written and spoken English
  • confidence in client-facing communication
  • ability to manage multiple accounts without losing clarity or momentum

Bonus points for:

  • CRO copywriting
  • basic HTML/CSS
  • experience with Convert / Intelligems / VWO / Optimizely

Why Fuelerate

We’re not a slow corporate agency.

We move fast, focus on impact, and give real ownership.

  • fully remote
  • no pointless meetings
  • mentorship & growth
  • real impact on top DTC brands

Challenges (honest bit)

This is not a passive role.

You will:

  • manage multiple clients
  • switch contexts quickly
  • solve new problems daily
  • lead client conversations, not hide behind internal work
  • take responsibility for account momentum and client experience

If you want comfort and routine, this isn’t for you.

If you like pressure, growth, and big results, you’ll love it.

Details

  • Type: Full-time (40h/week)
  • Location: Remote
  • Pay range: $30,000 – $36,000/year, depending on experience
(for exceptional candidates, we are open to considering higher compensation)
  • Reports to: Head of CRO

👋 Ready to Own Client Accounts?

If you’re independent, decisive, commercially aware, and love turning insight into action, we want to meet you.

Submit your application through the official link only.

Briefly explain how you’ve managed client communication, kept accounts moving, and turned CRO thinking into real results.

Applications sent via DM or email will not be considered.
