Job Description

  • Location & Working Model: Toronto-based, hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week in the office)
  • Key Role Feature: Ownership of automated lifecycle CRM campaigns driving player engagement and retention
  • Salary: $80,000–$100,000 CAD

This opportunity has arisen as part of continued evolution within our CRM function, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in enhancing how we engage players across our Canadian brands. The position provides a platform to contribute to high-impact lifecycle strategies while working alongside experienced CRM specialists in a fast-moving, data-led environment.

The CRM Lifecycle Executive will play a central role in delivering best-in-class customer journeys, combining creative execution with data insights to optimise engagement, retention and lifetime value. The CRM Lifecycle Executive will operate across multiple channels and collaborate closely with operations, creative, and regional teams to ensure campaigns are impactful, compliant, and continuously improving.

The CRM Lifecycle Executive will…

  • Design and execute automated lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app channels
  • Leverage AI-driven insights and data analytics to refine targeting, messaging and customer journeys
  • Build, QA and deploy campaigns ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery
  • Analyse campaign performance, producing reports and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement, conversion and bonus efficiency
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaign briefs, assets and promotions

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years' experience in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove, Salesforce or ExactTarget
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaign execution and QA processes
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle strategies and retention drivers
  • Experience in customer communication design, campaign briefing, or template-based content execution
  • Exposure to online gaming, casino or sportsbook products and an understanding of player behaviours and retention drivers
