The CRM & Content Coordinator (1 Year Contract) builds, tests, and deploys email and SMS campaigns for Spinrite and publishes blog content to our website. Reporting to the Email & CRM Lead, this candidate will support the day-to-day work that keeps campaigns and content running! Your work directly supports engagement and conversion targets across our digital marketing strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Email & CRM Lead in running the Email/SMS marketing calendar, launching campaigns on schedule and in step with wider marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Brand, Creative, and DTC E-Commerce teams to gather assets and build on-brand emails.
  • Build, QA, and test campaign emails for content accuracy, working links, and correct rendering across email clients before deployment.
  • Assist in executing and tracking A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, and send times, then surface the results to the team.
  • Help apply audience segmentation within the platform so each group receives relevant content.
  • Monitor automated lifecycle communications and flag optimization opportunities to the Lead.
  • Support efforts to grow the contact database and maintain list hygiene across acquisition channels.
  • Pull regular performance reports, keep campaign records accurate, and brief the Lead on results.
  • Format and publish blog content in the CMS, adding images, links, and basic SEO elements before scheduling each post to go live.
  • No specific responsibility for the health and safety of others, beyond following standard defined health and safety procedures and reporting any observed workplace hazards.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of HTML email coding and basic CSS; comfortable making basic edits and troubleshooting formatting issues
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable and Microsoft Teams is an asset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Capable of taking direction and working independently, while also coordinating effectively with the Lead and cross-functional teams
  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Marketo, or a similar email marketing platform; SMS marketing experience is required
  • Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce/CMS platforms an asset
  • Post-secondary school diploma in digital marketing, web development, or related program

Salary range: $55k - $60k
