The Role

Vidsy is seeking a Creative Strategist to join our expanding Creative Strategy team. In this role, you'll collaborate with our commercial team and creative leads to create and deliver innovative proposals for our diverse client base. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise, collaborate with a seasoned team, and make an immediate impact through meaningful contributions from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop insight driven strategies for a wide range of our enterprise clients
  • Identifying trends, audience behaviors, platform best practices and competitive landscapes to craft creative opportunities for our clients
  • Building deliverables to best hit our clients’ objectives across all social and digital placements with creator briefing in mind
  • Partnering with the Creative team, to inspire them to deliver excellent creative and provide ongoing support throughout the production process as needed
  • Working alongside Client Partners, Business Development (Sales) and Client Solutions Managers (Account Management) to ensure all clients get the best possible Vidsy experience

Skills Required

  • 3+ years (or equivalent) experience within a strategy, creative or planning function
  • Experience and interest in working within the social and content space
  • A passion for understanding audiences, finding insights and translating them into excellent creative
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to work across multiple clients and deadlines
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills

Compensation & Package

💰 Salary between $55,000-75,000 dependant on experience

Hybrid / Remote Work SetUp

Whilst several of our hubs operate in a 'virtual-first' hybrid environment, this position will initially be a part of a regional hub working in a fully remote environment. Meaning you'll be equipped with all the tech and tools needed to do your role effectively in an autonomous, fully remote setup, and then through additional remote software - like Google Meets, Slack and more - we'll ensure you feel 100% part of the Vidsy Team. We envision establishing a Toronto, Canada office presence in the future, so please note this won't be an indefinitely fully remote post, and will be a hybrid role long term.
