Yahoo Ads is seeking a Canada-based Creative Solutions Lead to support international markets and lead the development and delivery of innovative branded content, partnerships, and creative solutions across Yahoo’s owned and operated (O&O) properties. This individual will play a critical role in helping advertisers connect with Yahoo’s premium audiences through insight-driven, content-led programs that span editorial, video, digital, experiential, and emerging media experiences.

As a strategic partner to Sales, you will lead the development of custom proposals, RFP responses, pitch presentations, and creative concepts from pre-sale strategy through post-sale execution and optimization. Leveraging audience insights, advertiser objectives, and Yahoo’s content and media capabilities, you will develop compelling narratives and integrated solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for clients across Canada and international markets.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, sales, and execution, partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Editorial, Production, Marketing, Design, Product, Analytics, and external vendors. You will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on project lead, overseeing programs from ideation and presentation through production, launch, optimization, and reporting. This includes managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, sourcing and managing vendors, and ensuring campaigns are delivered with excellence while meeting client and business objectives.

Success in this role requires a highly collaborative, consultative, and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and can effectively manage multiple stakeholders across regions, time zones, and disciplines. Strong storytelling, presentation, project management, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a passion for developing innovative advertising experiences that showcase the full power of Yahoo Ads' O&O ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom branded content, partnerships, and integrated marketing programs across Yahoo's O&O properties.

• Partner with Sales on RFPs, client pitches, strategic narratives, and proposal development.

• Create audience-first solutions leveraging Yahoo's content, media, data, and advertising capabilities.

• Design and present compelling pitch decks, presentations, and creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead campaigns from concept through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and production partners.

• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign delivery.

• Support international markets by adapting creative strategies to regional audiences and business needs.

• Partner with Analytics and Account Management teams to evaluate campaign performance and identify future opportunities.

• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative development, workflow efficiency, and campaign execution.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, branded content, integrated marketing, content marketing, or a related role within a publisher, media company, content studio, or agency.

• Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel creative campaigns across digital, video, editorial, experiential, and branded content formats.

• Experience supporting sales organizations through both pre-sale strategy and post-sale execution.

• Strong client-facing experience presenting creative concepts and building trusted relationships.

• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and deck-building skills.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Deep understanding of digital advertising, branded content, and audience engagement strategies.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, agencies, and freelance resources.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools such as Airtable, Salesforce, or Jira.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

The compensation for this position may vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include other discretionary incentive compensation opportunities in addition to equity incentives.
