ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a Creative Producer who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You bring guest-level curiosity and a beginner’s mind—a rare blend of creative storytelling, performance‑driven marketing smarts, and production rigor. You move fast, enjoy the chaos, obsess over results, and love crafting marketing that feels magical.
RESPONSIBILITIESProduce ads at scale: Write copy, design images/video, launch into ad consoles (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), and monitor metrics.
Own results end-to-end: You’re not “just making creative”—you’re accountable for performance and iterating quickly.
Team environment: Work alongside other Creative Producers in a high-energy, competitive environment where performance is transparent and celebrated.
Iterate weekly: Test 100+ creatives/month, optimize for CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Move fast: Skip the bottlenecks—no separate copywriter/designer handoffs. Full ownership means faster output and higher performance.
3-5+ years of experience in creative production roles, ideally tied to performance marketing and high-volume ad creation.
Hands-on experience building static, video, and digital-first conversion creative.
Proficient in creative building tools like in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere/After Effects (or similar).
Proven track record of owning results—launching ads, tracking performance, and iterating quickly based on data.
Strong understanding of creative production pipelines, project management tools, and working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams.
