UniUni is a leading logistics company specializing in the e-commerce industry. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your design skills while creating impactful visual content that contributes to our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction and Execution

  • Develop and implement creative strategies that elevate brand visibility and engagement across platforms and channels.
  • Lead the conceptualization and production of diverse visual materials, ensuring consistency and excellence in design.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with business goals and brand identity.


Strategic Planning and project management

  • Oversee all aspects of creative project operations, from defining project scope to ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize creative workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation.


Leadership and Management

  • Lead, inspire and mentor junior team members to achieve their fully potential.
  • Collaborate with HR and internal departments on talent acquisition, team structuring, and performance management.
Requirements
Education or Equivalent

Certificate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design or a related field (such as interaction design and web design); or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Creative Art Direction.
  • Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling and brand-aligned designs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in articulating creative needs and translate them into actionable deliveries.
