Our client is a leading SaaS provider in the Medspa industry, helping aesthetic businesses scale through cutting-edge marketing solutions. We are seeking a Creative Director to elevate the quality of creative assets across marketing campaigns, websites, and Meta Ads, while leading and mentoring a team of junior designers.

Role Overview

As the Design Team Lead / Creative Director, you will take extreme ownership of the design process—ensuring all creative assets are high-performing, on-brand, and conversion-optimized. You will set design standards, enforce templates and guidelines, and oversee a team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

This role requires a mix of hands-on design work and strategic leadership, balancing both execution and mentorship to drive performance across all creative channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the creative process for marketing campaigns, landing pages, and Meta Ads.

  • Develop, refine, and enforce brand guidelines, templates, and design systems to maintain consistency.

  • Direct, mentor, and manage a team of junior designers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand standards.

  • Create and optimize ad creatives (static and video) for Meta Ads, focusing on conversion and engagement.

  • Design high-converting landing pages and web assets, ensuring a seamless UX/UI experience.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to optimize for CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS.

  • Ensure scalability of creative templates for 200+ Medspa clients, balancing consistency with personalization.

  • Collaborate with marketing strategists and media buyers to align design efforts with business goals.

  • Stay updated on design trends, performance marketing strategies, and best practices for digital advertising.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or creative direction.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing visuals.

  • Experience leading a team—mentoring designers and enforcing brand consistency.

  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and performance marketing.

  • Exceptional eye for aesthetics—especially in luxury, beauty, and high-end branding.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with Squarespace, Figma, or other design tools for web design is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the Medspa, beauty, or luxury industries is a bonus.
