Position Summary

Tipalti is looking for a Creative Designer (8-12 month full time fixed contract) to produce consistent, innovative, and engaging creative assets that perform well. The ideal candidate sits at the forefront of creativity, has mastery of digital design tools, and knows how to bring compelling work to life. You will join our growing Marketing team and report to the Creative team lead, helping drive cohesive execution of our visual brand and identity.
This is an ideal position for a resourceful, hands-on designer with an enthusiastic attitude and a desire for in-house stability. To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about design, organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable.

To ensure a smooth handover period, the successful candidate must be available to start no later than April 6, 2026, with the contract expected to run until December 2026 -  March 2027.

Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam, Tbilisi and Medellin.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with everyone on the Creative and Content team, and cross-functional partners to create advanced digital and print marketing assets (full spectrum)
  • Owning the end-to-end creative process from concept to production across marketing assets while ensuring brand consistency for landing pages, all ad types, events, webinars, email campaigns, and social media
  • Working to develop materials, guidance, and templates to elevate the quality of work produced by all designers on the team, while enabling our cross-functional partners to self-serve at their own fast and unpredictable pace
  • Managing the project pipeline and ensuring quality and output
  • Executing the highest quality of design throughout all phases of the process: sketching, refining working design prototypes, and final production
  • Taking ownership and leading creative brainstorms and critiques with a genuine interest in finding the best solution for engaging new and existing audiences
  • Managing collaboration with cross-functional departments (Creative, Marketing, Product, etc.)
  • Leveraging your deep experience to define, establish, and explain design standards, theory, and approaches to leadership
  • Providing insights to the latest standards and trends in the design field

About you 

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative environment, ideally with/for global business or technology companies
  • Strong background with metrics-driven creative (i.e. performance marketing, paid social, digital banners, direct response advertising design)
  • Online portfolio of real work demonstrating a solutions-based approach to innovative and inspired ideas and design with several examples including digital, event, print, and branding executions
  • Strong grip of Figma and digital design systems with experience in print and tools associated
  • Proven experience producing digital assets, both static and animated a very strong plus
  • Excellent communicator for providing conceptual storytelling and design narrative to stakeholders, defending creative choices, and working with others
  • Highly self-motivated, problem-solver with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple (sometimes changing) projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • An understanding of the limitations and possibilities of web graphics and design, including image optimization, font use, user interaction, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant design tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, frame.io, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of current best practices in digital design, loose awareness of standards like CSS, Javascript, HTML, and front-end development, and familiarity and comfort working within UX constraints

Base Salary Range: $83,000- $103,000 CAD annually.

The compensation information, above, reflects our reasonable expectation for this role based on several factors, including current market conditions. Final compensation will be determined through individual assessment of experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-relevant factors. Actual offers may vary within or, only in exceptional circumstances, outside the stated range based on the candidate's unique qualifications and our comprehensive evaluation process.
