Job Description
This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the largest business unit for Kraft Heinz. It is both a strategic and a tactical position. Those that do not want to get their hands dirty or build out a function against a blank slate without buying pre-packaged solutions should not apply. Focuses on data analysis that delivers supply chain business results, identifies and actions inefficiencies, builds relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and monitors the movement of products through the supply chain cycle in both internal and customer's processes.
Responsibilities• Deliver key customer's and internal supply chain targets• Conduct data analysis using both internal and customer data to identify and action inefficiencies• Drive out unnecessary costs, while creating efficiencies and process improvements• Strategically manage key orders and delivery performance to resolve potential production delays/problems and other supply risks at item-level and trouble-shoot either no shows or past due orders to maximize service and minimize fines• Prepares standardized and/or ad hoc reports to support business analysis• Provides customers with order status reports and coordinates ship method• Manage master data with customer's item master and order master• Conduct analyses on forecast/order to bring insights to improve forecast accuracy (both internal and external)• Analyst level / Customer Collaboration on Supply Chain Systems Settings
Requirements• Bachelor's degree preferred• 3-7 years' experience in related field• Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)• Ability to be comfortable in a fast-paced, stressful environment• Preferred understanding of SAP• Technology experience not necessary but preferred (e.g., Tableau Prep, SQL, Alteryx or Python, etc.)• Results oriented and detail-oriented• Strong problem-solving skills• Excellent communication/facilitation skills and good negotiation skills• Statistical modelling or forecasting experience not necessary but preferred
