What our firm does have is a team of highly experienced and skilled lawyers with the most in-house/in-company experience in the country, offering first-class business legal counsel either on-site or off-site, on a flexible, as-needed basis.

 

We are currently looking for Corporate, Commercial, and Transactional Lawyers to join our team in Ontario.

 

As a Caravel Lawyer you will….

  • Provide a full spectrum of legal services to clients of all sizes, across all industries.

What Would YOU Bring?

  • 1 to 5 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Counsel).
  • 5 to 10 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Mid-Counsel).
  • 10 or more years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Senior Counsel).
  • Experience with either Commercial work (drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements); and/or Transactional work (M&A, Financings, etc.), and/or corporate maintenance/governance.
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
