The CSR Coordinator will sit within the People & Culture team and be responsible for supporting our Northbridge Cares program, through which we have pledged to contribute 2% of our pre-tax profit to causes that significantly impact the lives of Canadians.

They are experts in diving into details and they know how to keep everything organized and deliver projects on time.  They are also passionate about making a difference in the community. 

We want your talent!

If you’re great at:

  • Managing programs and processes, including our donation-matching initiatives

  • Following up with stakeholders to gather information and maintain comprehensive records

  • Planning and executing engaging events for employees

  • Enthusiastically taking on additional tasks to ensure the success of the team

And if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proven ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • A passion for doing good in the community
